BOWER STUDIOS
At Bower Studios, I lead the CAD sculpting and furniture design process for the Body Language collection, a series of collectible walnut pedestals embedding hyper-realistic human facial features carved directly into the wood surface. Working from reference anatomy, I custom sculpt each feature, eyes, ears, noses, and lips, as high-fidelity 3D models, then retopologize and optimize the geometry for CNC production. The pedestals themselves are designed as furniture objects first, with careful attention to proportion, joinery, and the quiet restraint that lets the figurative detail land with maximum effect. My role spans the full arc from concept geometry to fabrication-ready file, translating expressive sculptural form into the precise tolerances that premium woodworking demands.
