Custom hardware collection developed with Charlap Hyman & Herrero, including drawer knobs, cabinet pulls, and large refrigerator handles. Working directly with the studio’s founder, we developed a cohesive family of accessories informed by shared visual references and material studies.
I was responsible for the digital development of the collection, completing all 3D modeling and sculpting of the pieces. Translating conceptual direction into precise digital forms, I iterated the designs through multiple rounds of refinement to achieve the desired balance of scale, ergonomics, and material expression.
The process included producing several rounds of 3D printed prototypes, which allowed the team to evaluate the forms physically and make adjustments throughout development. I coordinated the prototyping workflow, revising the models as feedback evolved and overseeing the fabrication of physical samples for design reviews.
The final phase involved preparing fabrication-ready files and delivering them to vendors to ensure the designs could be accurately produced.
