DESIGNER: Cole Slater

While participating at a creative technology program in New York at NYU TISCH, Cole designed a series of light sculptures inspired by the city’s character, its relation to man and nature made objects, and the sculptable properties of light. The results are a series of lamps that blur the line between the curves of grains of wood with 3D printed plastic, roughly torn paper with sharp sheet metal, and relationship between man-made and machine-made items.
